Mr. Son added: “By 2025, the whole province will need about 130,000 new workers, while the supply is still lacking, especially in the group with technical skills and foreign languages. Students with good foreign language skills will have significantly higher income and job opportunities. Therefore, we will continue to promote early career counseling and orientation for students so that they not only find suitable jobs, but also have good, sustainable jobs.”

The 2025 Job Fair at Bac Giang University of Agriculture and Forestry is not only a large-scale recruitment event but also an important bridge between training and the labor market. From the perspective of managers, businesses and students, all aim for a common goal: building high-quality human resources in Bac Ninh - the foundation for a green, sustainable and deeply integrated economy.
