The aim of the competition is to create an environment that stimulates creativity and collaboration to build digital solutions to address the challenges of climate change that are having a huge impact on children and young people in real life; Raise awareness of climate change for about 4,200 students of participating schools as well as create an environment for students from different majors of schools and experts to exchange creative ideas for responding to climate change.

The contestants are full-time students of 5 universities and colleges in the province, including: Hong Duc University; Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Thanh Hoa Medical College; Thanh Hoa Industrial College and Thanh Hoa Agricultural College.
Head of the Faculty of Agriculture - Forestry - Fisheries, Hong Duc University, Le Van Cuong, approved the plan and rules of the competition.

The competition takes place in 2 phases, in which phase 1, each participating idea goes through 5 rounds including: Round 1 Idea - Idea, time from October 18 to November 30, 2024. Round 2 Teambuilding - Team building, time from December 1 to December 6, 2024. Round 3 Training - Training, coaching, time from December 7 to December 8, 2024. Round 4 Breakthrough - Breakthrough, time from December 11 to December 20, 2024 and Round 5 Pitching - Presentation of ideas/projects. In this round, the groups will present their projects to the jury and sponsor SCI Vietnam on December 21, 2024. Also in this round, the Organizing Committee will select the 3 most creative ideas to participate in phase 2.

Phase 2 of the competition will be held from December 21, 2024 to January 25, 2025. The location is at Hong Duc University and Enterprises/Innovation Centers. The form is to support capital and incubate, complete the prototype products of the 3 most creative ideas.
