In 2025, the City's Association for the Promotion of Learning will continue to effectively implement its work in promoting learning and talent development, and building a learning society.

The total number of members of the Education Promotion Association to date is 568,338 out of 2,745,958 people (reaching 20.7% of the city's population).

The registration rate for the family learning model reached 69.7%; the clan learning model reached 73.8%; the community learning model reached 91.5%; and the learning unit reached 78%.

There are over 710,600 registered accounts participating in the online learning model via the website congdanhoctap.vn of the Vietnam Central Association for the Promotion of Learning .

The entire city mobilized over 69.2 billion VND to support the Fund and awarded 80,906 scholarships and commendations. The emulation movements to promote learning at all levels were implemented comprehensively and effectively…

The conference identified key tasks for 2026, including: successfully organizing the first Congress of the Da Nang City Association for the Promotion of Learning, term 2025-2030; striving for 100% of communes and wards, 80% of agencies and units at the commune and ward level, and 60% of businesses in the city to establish associations for the promotion of learning; and increasing the membership rate by 1% of the total population compared to 2025.
