Promoting the combined strength of the Front bloc in the new model

On October 31, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuyen Moc commune (HCMC) held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending and directing the congress were comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. Also attending were comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Women's Union of Ho Chi Minh City.

During the 2025 - 2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuyen Moc commune set out 10 goals, 12 specific targets and 3 key projects and works, focusing on promoting the strength of great national unity, building Xuyen Moc commune to develop sustainably, civilized, rich, beautiful and affectionate.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc acknowledged and commended the outstanding results that the Fatherland Front of Xuyen Moc commune has achieved in recent times, actively contributing to socio-economic development, Party building and a clean and strong political system, maintaining political stability and order and safety in the locality.

Xuyen Moc commune has nearly 27,000 people. This is an area connected to key projects such as: Long Thanh international airport, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, especially Long Thanh - Ho Tram expressway, opening up many opportunities for service, trade and tourism development.

From that characteristic, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc suggested that localities closely follow reality, population data and socio -economic conditions to build programs, plans and work directions that are close to reality, focused and key.

In the new term, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuyen Moc commune to innovate methods and diversify forms of propaganda so that people can understand and see clearly that all policies of the Party and laws of the State are aimed at serving the people, "no one is left behind".

The Vietnam Fatherland Front needs to play a good role as a bridge, receiving and promptly coordinating the handling of people's legal and legitimate petitions; practicing democracy at the grassroots level, thereby consolidating trust and strengthening the close relationship between the Party, the government and the people.

In addition, the Commune Fatherland Front needs to improve the effectiveness of supervision and social criticism, maintain forums for "People's opinions on Party building and government building"; at the same time, promote the quality of activities of the Fatherland Front Advisory Board in making recommendations and proposing practical policies.

Emphasizing the tasks in the new period, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc said that the Fatherland Front needs to promote the combined strength of the Front bloc in the new model, sharing the same goal with many participating member organizations. The Front must be the common coordinating point, ensuring that the movements and campaigns of member organizations are deployed synchronously, uniformly, avoiding overlap...

Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc also requested the Commune Fatherland Front to focus on building united and affectionate residential areas, striving to turn Xuyen Moc into a model new rural commune, with sustainable development, green, clean, beautiful, civilized and affectionate.

“The most important measure does not come from growth figures, but from the real quality of life of the people, from housing, income, transportation, to a safe, clean living environment and development opportunities for each individual,” Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc emphasized.

The congress elected 50 members to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuyen Moc commune for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Huynh Quang Duy was re-elected as Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Xuyen Moc commune for the 2025-2030 term.
