Promoting the role of prestigious people and religious dignitaries in building great solidarity

Quang Ninh is a land of many ethnic groups living together, with diverse religions and beliefs, contributing to enriching the cultural values ​​and fine traditions of the locality. Thanks to the team of prestigious people in the ethnic minority region and religious dignitaries, the great national unity bloc has always been firmly consolidated, contributing positively to the sustainable development of the province in recent years.

Mr. Ta Van Sin is a prestigious person among the San Diu ethnic group in Nam Giai village, Binh Khe ward. This year, he is 77 years old, but he still maintains his health and clarity of mind, and still actively participates in the work and movements of the village and commune. In particular, the Soong Co singing club was built and put into operation, thanks to Mr. Sin who laid the first bricks, and then gradually gathered members who shared the same love for traditional songs and melodies. Since then, pride in the precious national culture has grown, neighborhood relationships have become stronger, and emulation movements to build a new life have become more vibrant.

In many localities in the province, there are many prestigious people like Mr. Sin who are contributing every day to the task of preserving traditional culture and identity of ethnic minority communities. That is to preserve melodies, games, languages, writings, traditional crafts, customs, folk rituals... The efforts of each individual have combined with the common efforts of the whole province in promoting the unique values ​​of culture and people of Quang Ninh . Up to now, the whole province has 637 tangible cultural heritages (communal houses, pagodas, temples, shrines, scenic spots...), 362 intangible cultural heritages (festivals, customs, practices, folk games...), more than 100 festivals, of which 76 festivals have been inventoried and included in the list of intangible cultural heritages, 12 intangible cultural heritages have been included in the list of national intangible cultural heritages. This is an asset and a huge development potential to continue increasing the material and spiritual life values ​​of local people.

With rich experiences and life experiences, along with their exemplary words and actions, each prestigious person will be the nucleus to unite and develop the community. Especially in the specific localities of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas in the province, taking advantage of the voices of village elders, village chiefs, cadres, party members... is an effective way to help deploy and effectively implement the Party and State's policies and guidelines to quickly enter into real life. Ethnic minorities with prestigious people as their leading flag will be more active and enthusiastic in competing to effectively develop the economy and society, build a progressive cultural life, and ensure solid national defense and security.

Contributing to the rapid, stable and sustainable growth of Quang Ninh, the great solidarity of religions is also one of the important driving forces, actively contributing to the achievements of sustainable growth, ensuring social security, building a cultural and civilized life. As in the Catholic community, activities at churches, or in parishes and hamlets always combine both teaching doctrine and propagating the Party's policies and the State's laws. From the orientation of the religious committees, the majority of parishioners are enthusiastic and united in implementing the Party's policies and the State's laws. Many advanced models have appeared in economic development, building cultural life, maintaining security and order and the landscape of the residential environment...

Mr. Bui Van Tinh is the Head of the Front Committee of Hiep Hoa 3 area (Hiep Hoa ward) and is also a typical parishioner in the local good production and business movement. For nearly 8 years, Mr. Tinh has boldly changed the ineffective cultivation area, switching to raising commercial pigeons. Through the raising process, he found that pigeons are easy to raise, grow quickly, have few diseases, have simple food, high market demand, and do not require too much care. Mr. Tinh gradually expanded the barn area, increased the scale; and proactively coordinated with parishioners in the same parish, linked production according to the consumption chain, helped each other improve labor efficiency and increase income. Mr. Tinh shared: From the advice of the parish priest, dignitaries, and officials, the parishioners of Yen Tri are always united, together building a life of respecting the law, building a rich and strong homeland, regardless of religion.

In the Buddhist community of Quang Ninh, the beautiful image of humanism and solidarity is constantly spreading, thanks to the exemplary words and actions of monks, nuns and Buddhists. From performing the duty of citizens to strictly complying with the guidelines, policies and laws of the Party and State and the development orientation of the locality. At the same time, proactively sharing responsibility with the social community according to their conditions and capabilities; actively participating in charitable and humanitarian activities, participating in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; promoting the tradition of "protecting the country and bringing peace to the people" of Vietnamese Buddhism...

Each typical story recorded in the localities of the province has partly expressed the exemplary spirit and enthusiasm of prestigious people representing ethnic groups and religions. This special mass force is a shining example spreading good values ​​to the community; is the locomotive leading the emulation movement at the grassroots level; and is also an extended arm of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and organizations when promoting work and activities towards residential areas.

Faced with new tasks, the Fatherland Front at all levels of Quang Ninh province always focuses on gathering and promoting the role of intellectuals, outstanding individuals, religious dignitaries, and prestigious people among ethnic minorities. Thereby, helping to improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda, mobilization, and movement building towards the grassroots, consolidating the great solidarity bloc of all ethnic groups and religions in the area. With its role, the Fatherland Front of the province regularly closely connects and contributes democratic voices to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of people of all ethnic groups and religions. At the same time, it coordinates to organize open forums for ethnic minorities and religions to contribute ideas, participate in building and criticizing society, perfecting policies, laws; participating in building and protecting the Fatherland, preserving and promoting cultural identity. In particular, we must resolutely fight and prevent manifestations of plots and actions that take advantage of religious, belief, and ethnic issues... to harm the great national unity bloc.
