The Ministry of Industry and Trade approved basic, operational and contingency plans for the peak dry season, aiming to increase flexibility in the face of unpredictable impacts of climate change.
The Ministry assigned the Department of Industry and Trade of localities to coordinate with electricity units to deploy the electricity demand management program, monitor electricity supply and resolve customer complaints.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade also called on businesses and households using electricity to actively apply electricity-saving solutions in all fields, contributing to reducing pressure on the system, especially during the hot season.
