On the afternoon of November 27, at the National Assembly House, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly, Chairwoman of the Emulation and Reward Council of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the Congress Organizing Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh chaired the second meeting of the Patriotic Emulation Congress Organizing Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Attending the event were members of the Party Central Committee: Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the Office of the National Assembly Le Quang Manh; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the National Assembly Vu Hai Ha; representatives of the Standing Committee of the Ethnic Council and Committees of the National Assembly; representatives of the leaders of the Office of the National Assembly (OONA) and departments and units under the OOA.

The 1st National Assembly Standing Committee Patriotic Emulation Congress (2025 - 2030) is expected to take place on November 29 at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House with about 370 delegates attending.

Secretary General of the National Assembly, Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Manh; Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee Vu Hai Ha; Deputy Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee Nguyen Dai Thang attended the meeting.

In order to best prepare for the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Delegation Affairs Committee has proactively and effectively coordinated with the Office of the National Assembly to implement work contents. In particular, it has provided information and coordinated the production of a film summarizing the emulation work of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly; developed exhibition scripts, propaganda scripts, etc.

At the meeting, giving opinions on the preparation work for the Congress, delegates frankly contributed with many specific contents to perfect the script and methods of organizing activities within the framework of the Congress; agreed on the content of the video clip summarizing the patriotic emulation movement and commendation work in the past period, the direction and tasks in the coming period, the work of discovering, fostering and replicating advanced models to continue to innovate emulation and commendation work to achieve high efficiency.
