Nghia Do Ward spreads the spirit of rule of law in the community

On the morning of November 4, the People's Committee of Nghia Do ward held a conference to respond to "Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" in 2025.

The event attracted the participation of a large number of cadres, party members, socio- political organizations, representatives of residential groups and local people. This is an important political and legal activity, contributing to honoring the Constitution and laws and raising public awareness of the spirit of respect for the law.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairwoman of Nghia Do Ward People's Committee Phan Thi Thu Ha emphasized: "The law only truly has vitality when it is honored and voluntarily complied with. Every action of law compliance today is a small brick to build Nghia Do Ward worthy of being in the "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" Capital, contributing to the cause of building the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's rule of law state."

The leaders of Nghia Do ward called on: Every cadre, party member, civil servant and public employee needs to promote their role as exemplary and legal propagandists in the community. Every citizen should proactively study, learn and strictly implement legal regulations, starting with small but practical actions such as obeying traffic laws, maintaining environmental hygiene, and behaving civilly in daily life.

Agencies and functional units have done a good job of disseminating and educating the law; promptly bringing policies and laws into life; organized many contests to learn about the Constitution and laws, attracting a large number of people to participate; organized conferences to propagate and disseminate legal education on new laws passed by the National Assembly, especially the Law on the Capital; designed forms of propaganda and dissemination through the Electronic Information Portal...

Responding to the Plan to implement Vietnam Law Day of Hanoi City People's Committee, Nghia Do ward has been implementing many practical activities suitable to local conditions.

The outstanding activity is that the ward organizes propaganda sessions on the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting and many legal documents related to people's lives and urban order, thereby enhancing the responsibility of facility owners for fire prevention and fighting. The ward People's Committee organizes instructions for people on how to use fire prevention and fighting equipment, install early warning systems, fire extinguishers, open emergency exits and second escape routes.

At the same time, the Ward People's Committee also promoted the application of information technology in the dissemination and education of law through the Electronic Information Portal, fanpage and Zalo group of residential groups to help people easily access and implement; launched the National Digital Learning Festival, with the theme: "Digital transformation: Faster - More effective - Closer to the people".
