Thanh Ha district promulgates regulations and rules for managing and exploiting tourist attractions in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Tourism, the Law on Cultural Heritage and related documents; develops explanatory content, promotional publications and introductions to the Thanh Hai Commune Water Puppetry Ward tourist attraction to promote the value of the tourist attraction.

The art of Thanh Hai water puppetry has a history of more than 300 years. Since 1999, water puppet lovers in An Liet village have come together to restore and rebuild the puppet troupe. The troupe currently has 29 members.

In previous years, the troupe often organized spring performances in the southern provinces and the Central Highlands. In recent years, Thanh Hai water puppetry troupe has attracted a large number of students, locals and tourists to visit and experience. In particular, each year, dozens of foreign tourist groups come to visit and enjoy puppet shows in Thanh Hai village.

Thanh Hai Water Puppetry Troupe often performs rustic, lively performances, recreating the working and living life of rural people in the North. These performances leave a deep impression on domestic and foreign tourists.
