Attending the event were Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Secretary of Tam Ky Ward Nguyen Thi Thu Lan; Director of the City Department of Science and Technology Nguyen Thanh Hong; Vice Chairman of the National Startup Advisory Council Pham Ngoc Sinh, along with representatives of departments, branches and businesses.

Tam Ky Ward's electronic information page (domain name tamky.danang.gov.vn) was built to become an official, friendly, modern information channel, a bridge between the government and the people. This is not only an online connection portal, but also the digital face of the government, helping people access information quickly, accurately and transparently.

Along with the Electronic Information Page, Tam Ky Ward launched the AI Assistant system to support ward administrative procedures. This is a smart tool, built to guide people step by step to carry out procedures in a simple and easy-to-understand way; helping to quickly look up information on records, forms, and processes 24/7. At the same time, it helps save time, reduce hassle and increase people's satisfaction when interacting with the government.

People can operate conveniently on their phones and can track the results of administrative procedures with access codes. During the testing process, Tam Ky Ward People's Committee continues to adjust and add more popular administrative procedure groups to be ready to serve the people.

Initially, the Ward People's Committee launched a version to support common administrative procedure questions and answers; then expanded the scope, integrated more deeply into the process of receiving and returning results and replicated according to actual needs. The solution was developed by Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Manh Huy, Head of the Faculty of Information Technology, Danang University of Architecture.

On this occasion, Tam Ky ward launched the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Ward Creative Business - Startup Association.
