PVCFC honored in Top 5 listed enterprises in Vietnam ACGS 2024

(Chinhphu.vn) - On July 24, in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC, HOSE: DCM) was officially honored in the Top 5 listed enterprises in Vietnam with the highest governance scores, according to the assessment results of ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) 2024 - the region's leading prestigious corporate governance standards.

The prestigious award was presented within the framework of the ASEAN Corporate Governance Awards 2025, hosted by the Securities Commission of Malaysia, the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the independent monitoring organization Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG). PVCFC representative, Mr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen, Chairman of the Board of Directors, attended and directly received the award.

Launched in 2011, the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) is a comprehensive assessment system based on five core pillars: Shareholder Rights, Equitable Treatment, Role of Stakeholders, Disclosure and Transparency, and Board Responsibilities.

In 2024, ACGS will evaluate more than 560 of the largest listed companies from 6 ASEAN countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

PVCFC is ranked among the leading companies in Vietnam, affirming the advanced management capacity that the company has persistently pursued based on the philosophy of transparency, efficiency and sustainable development.
