Accordingly, the awarding of the titles of “Cultural Family”, “Cultural Village, Residential Group”, “Outstanding Commune, Ward, Town” is carried out annually and the evaluation and recognition must be completed before November 25. In particular, the evaluation and recognition of the titles of “Cultural Family” and “Cultural Village, Residential Group” must be completed before November 15.
Regarding the authority to award titles, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decides to award the title of "Outstanding Commune, Ward, and Town". The Chairman of the District People's Committee decides to award the title of "Cultural Village and Residential Group". The Chairman of the Commune People's Committee decides to award the title of "Cultural Family".

The principles for awarding titles must comply with the standards, order, procedures, and authority for awarding titles of “Cultural Family”, “Cultural Village, Residential Group”, “Typical Commune, Ward, and Town”. Ensure close coordination between relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals.
The Provincial People's Committee also details the standards, documents, procedures and processes for awarding the above titles.
