On October 24, 2025, at the National Press Center, under the witness of representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Home Affairs , and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) - the pioneer sponsor, the Touch of Love Charity Fund - a completely new digital charity platform was officially launched, opening a journey of modern, transparent and sustainable charity activities.
With the vision of becoming the leading digital charity platform in Vietnam, where everyone is connected, empowered and spreads good values, Touch Love not only gives material things, but also contributes to building trust, encouraging the spirit of sharing, so that every Vietnamese person can "touch" love, and let love "touch" everyone.
Spreading humanity - Creating the leading digital charity platform in Vietnam
The birth of the Touch of Love Fund originated not only from a charitable idea, but also from the emotional journeys of the founders themselves - people who have witnessed and helped many fragile and unfortunate lives.
It was those “touches”, when compassion and the desire to share met, that ignited the desire to create a foundation of lasting love and connection, where every contribution, no matter how small, is appreciated and spreads into something good.
Besides the efforts of the Party and the State in expanding social security and health care for all people, there are still gaps that the strength of the community and compassion can contribute to filling. The emergence of charitable funds such as Touch of Love not only accompanies public policy, but also enriches the spiritual life of society.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, in the fourth quarter of 2025, the Love Touch Fund plans to deploy a total budget of 20 billion VND focusing on the field of medical support and physical and mental health care for children across Vietnam, through three pillar project groups: Sowing the Future - Sowing Life - Sowing Hope. This year, the Fund aims to directly support over 10,000 disadvantaged people, including children, poor patients and vulnerable community groups across the country.
At the launching ceremony of the Love Touch Fund, Ms. Nguyen Van Linh - Vice President of the Founding Council of the Love Touch Fund emotionally shared: "We believe that every small, simple action can create great impacts. Love Touch was born with the desire to sow love every day, thereby inspiring a kind and responsible life, arousing the spirit of companionship and sharing from the community, spreading humanistic values, creating positive and sustainable social impacts".

Transparent operations - Sustainable commitment
With the mission of leading the volunteer journey, inspiring and arousing in every Vietnamese the aspiration to join hands to build a better, more humane society, the Love Touch Fund promotes 4 core values: Transparency - Connecting values - Spreading community - Sustainable impact.
Under the supervision of State management agencies, the data system is periodically independently audited, the Love Touch Fund commits to ensuring the principle of transparency in all activities: Information transparency, financial transparency, impact transparency. All revenue and expenditure from the Fund are clearly announced to help sponsors, partners and the public easily monitor the actual impact of each program. This is not only a governance principle but also affirms the Fund's reputation before the community, so that every contribution, no matter how small, is recognized, strictly managed and spread to the right place, to the right people.

In the key implementation plan for the period 2025 - 2026, the Love Touch Fund focuses resources on implementing two typical projects: "Sowing Life" and "Sowing Hope". In which, the "Sowing Life" project will provide nutritious meals to poor children in disadvantaged areas, remote and isolated areas. These activities aim to reduce the rate of malnutrition in schools, improve physical condition, help children have conditions to develop comprehensively, healthily, confidently and happily.
In parallel, the “Sowing Hope” project will organize activities to support children’s mental health through books and art, to nurture hope and dreams, helping them maintain an optimistic spirit during their treatment journey. These projects are a clear demonstration of the Foundation’s pioneering role, accompanying the Vietnamese health sector in its mission to care for, protect and nurture the future, where every “touch” carries within it the power to heal and regenerate.
