The Hanoi Department of Tourism has prepared 80 attractive and unique tourism products spread from the inner city and suburbs of Hanoi to bring many exciting experiences to tourists when visiting the capital during the upcoming Great Festival.

Accordingly, the Department of Tourism has developed and will launch a tourism stimulus program including 80 typical tourism products, divided into the following thematic groups: Heritage-cultural-historical tourism; eco-resort-nature tourism; culinary-shopping-urban experience tourism; art-night-creative tourism; product and service tourism at the hotel system; transportation-metro-waterway-air tourism; agricultural -craft village-new rural tourism; regional-connecting-provincial-city-international tourism.

It is expected that the product will be widely announced to tourism businesses for implementation, and for people and tourists to experience from August 13.

This is not only a friendly welcome from the “heart of the whole country” but also a vivid demonstration of the spirit of innovation, creativity and responsibility of the Capital in building a sustainable, professional and modern tourism industry. The programs and products are selected, renewed and developed to promote the cultural and historical values of the thousand-year-old Capital and to diversify unique experiences for visitors.

In particular, on this occasion, the Department of Tourism coordinated with Hanoi Railway One Member Co., Ltd. and travel agencies in the city to survey and develop a number of products to connect trains on the urban railway line No. 2A (Ha Dong - Cat Linh) with a number of typical tourist destinations in the city. The total length of the 13 km route is designed to be elevated with 12 stations, the average distance between stations is 1.1 km.

Metro Line 2A not only helps reduce traffic congestion, it is also a new opportunity for visitors to explore the capital in a convenient, time-saving, low-cost and environmentally friendly way while still providing a unique experience.

Through convenient connections, visitors can easily access cultural, historical, culinary, and entertainment destinations... on the route stopping at each station. In addition, using the metro is also one of the solutions to reduce emissions, protect the environment and encourage the habit of using public transport, in line with the development trend of the City.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)./.
