The new project will be handed over to the Sports Training and Competition Center (referred to as the center) for management, exploitation and use of public assets from January 2024 and some items will be handed over for use in June 2025. Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism admitted that some auxiliary items of Da Lat Stadium have shown signs of deterioration as reported by the press, specifically bricks and stones are cracked, peeled, and sunken, but are being repaired by the investor.

Also according to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong, the total area of ​​Da Lat Stadium is about 15.94 hectares, located in the Cultural - Sports Area of ​​Lam Dong province, in Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat.

Faced with the situation of garbage dumped along the internal roads leading to the stadium and grass growing everywhere, the center mobilized all staff, workers and athletes to clean grass and garbage in the area managed by the center. However, with an area of ​​15.94 hectares, the thin workforce of only 2 security guards and 1 janitor, so it was not enough to clean up and the grass grew a lot. There was no budget for cleaning and clearing grass, so the center had to use regular expenses to clean up and remove weeds.

Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has directed the Sports Training and Competition Center to work specifically with the investor (Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1) to clarify the responsibility for regular maintenance, warranty and upkeep of Da Lat Stadium, to prevent degradation and loss of aesthetics in the area.

The Center strengthens coordination with the police and the People's Committee of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat to handle the situation of illegal dumping of waste that frequently occurs in the Cultural - Sports Area of ​​Lam Dong province.
