Proactive production and supply plans
The Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026 is about 1.5 months away from the New Year. Therefore, many enterprises and OCOP entities have proactively developed production plans, connected with partners to implement appropriate production plans, ensuring a balanced supply of goods to serve the peak shopping season at the end of the year and during Tet.
Director of Vinahe Company Limited (in Phuoc Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province) Nguyen Hoang Dat shared: The company has built a plan to produce Tet goods from the third quarter of 2025 to proactively source raw materials at reasonable prices. It is expected that the company's Tet goods output will be equivalent to the same period last year. The company will focus on investing in diversifying products and designs to meet the increasing demand of the market.
At the end of 2025, many large-scale trade promotion programs and fairs will be organized to promote and advertise local products and new services to the market, especially connecting for the upcoming Lunar New Year market. From October 28 to November 4, the first Autumn Fair 2025 with the largest scale ever was held in Hanoi , gathering many typical products of 34 provinces and cities across the country, including Dong Nai.
Similarly, Director of the Nhu Hoang Agricultural Trade and Service Cooperative (in Tho Son commune, Dong Nai province) Truong Van Thanh said: The cooperative will start the Tet production season from next November. It is expected that for the domestic market, the amount of goods supplied by the cooperative for the upcoming Tet holiday will increase by about 30% compared to the same period last year. The main product of the cooperative is salted roasted cashew nuts meeting 4-star OCOP standards. In addition to the domestic market, the cooperative also develops export markets for the end of the year.
Representatives of many enterprises and production facilities said that they will base on market developments to have specific production plans, balancing appropriate output for each product in the context of the consumer market forecast to face many difficulties; prices of raw materials and input materials tend to increase in the last months of the year.
Mr. Pho Dinh Trung, representative of Cuong Hoa Dried Fruit Facility (in Gia Kiem Commune, Dong Nai Province) said: The facility has a plan to produce Tet goods. The facility's output will increase by about 10-20% compared to last year's Tet holiday because this year there are many early orders. The facility's products still focus on fried noodles, fried corn, dried fruits. In addition, the facility also produces Tet jams, beef jerky specifically for Tet... Currently, the prices of cooking oils and spices tend to increase, so the facility proactively implements a plan to produce Tet goods early to balance related costs.
Mr. Truong Van Thanh added: Although the price of raw materials and spices has increased by about 10% compared to the same period last year, the cooperative is still proactive in balancing production costs to ensure stable output prices. At the same time, the cooperative actively participates in many supply-demand connection programs and year-end shopping fairs to connect partners and customers, expanding the consumption market for the peak shopping season at the end of the year and the upcoming Tet holiday.
Develop product lines specifically for Tet
In the context of the market having many fluctuations, consumer trends are increasingly changing, many enterprises and production facilities proactively connect the market for Tet early. In particular, many production facilities have developed product lines and product types specifically for the Tet market to attract consumers and improve competitiveness in the market.

Similarly, Mr. Truong Van Thanh said: The main product of Nhu Hoang Cooperative is salted roasted cashew nuts that meet 4-star OCOP standards. The Cooperative plans to develop its own designs and packaging for Tet with eye-catching gift "combos" to diversify the choices for customers.
This year, in addition to traditional distribution channels such as markets, supermarkets, etc., many companies and facilities producing specialty products for Tet also plan to bring Tet products to e-commerce platforms and social networking channels such as Facebook, TikTok Shop, etc.
