The company has completed phase 1 of the "The New SASCO" project with a comprehensive upgrade of the lounge system and retail chain at Tan Son Nhat domestic terminal T3 and Phu Quoc International Airport.

At the meeting, the company presented to shareholders a plan to pay cash dividends in 2024 at a rate of 28.09%, equivalent to VND 2,809/share, the highest payout rate ever.

With about 133.5 million shares in circulation, the total dividend payment in 2024 is expected to be 375 billion VND, of which the company has provisionally paid the first dividend in 2024 at a rate of 6% in September 2024.

The remaining dividend of 2024, equivalent to 22.09%, will be paid in accordance with the provisions of the Enterprise Law and the General Meeting of Shareholders is requested to authorize the Board of Directors to decide the implementation time.

SASCO's Long Thanh airport strategy

At this congress, the company presented its 2025 plan, focusing resources on developing a service ecosystem at Long Thanh International Airport, one of the largest aviation hubs in Southeast Asia in the future.

The company sets the goal of becoming the leading regional operator of non-aviation and commercial services, with a strategy to expand cooperation with international partners, expand the service supply chain...

One of the important contents at the congress is to elect additional members to the board of directors and the board of supervisors, ensuring a transparent and effective governance structure, in compliance with the Law on Enterprises and the company charter.

The company set out a business plan for 2025 with the target of total net revenue reaching 3,183 billion VND, pre-tax profit reaching 555 billion VND, increasing by 3% and 10% respectively compared to 2024.

In the first quarter of 2025, the company achieved total net revenue of VND 786 billion, an increase of 14% over the same period.

Profit after tax reached nearly 113 billion VND, up 145%. This is an impressive increase reflecting operational efficiency and system optimization.

The growth plan is based on the forecast passenger volume in 2025 at Tan Son Nhat according to ACV data, with the total passenger volume estimated at 42 million, an increase of 5% compared to 2024.

In particular, domestic terminal T3, which will come into operation from April 2025, has opened up new service spaces and created higher competitive pressure.

In the context of the aviation industry recovering strongly and the economy expanding, the company aims to build a non-aviation service ecosystem with Vietnamese identity, modernity and integration.
