Party cell secretary of Hai Ninh village, Duong Duy Din, said: “Initially, when the Electronic Party Member Handbook software was first installed, many party members did not regularly access the software to read and learn information. So I had to remind and guide party members to use the features proficiently.

Thanks to the software, many party members who do not participate in activities can still grasp the content and contribute ideas to the Party Cell. I myself also save time because the Party Cell meeting schedule and documents are all updated on the software."

Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Thuong, Party cell of residential group 27, Nghia Lo ward, said that because she had time to study documents before the meeting, she could speak up and give constructive opinions on the right focus, contributing to improving the quality of the Party cell's activities.
