Early return of the meeting hall of village 2, Ea Khal commune

Before construction, the contractor committed to returning the site before October 30, 2024, but has not yet done so.

During the construction of the rainwater drainage system of the Infrastructure Project of the planning area adjacent to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Primary School (Ea Khal commune), the construction unit dug up part of the concrete yard and the barrier of the hall of village 2, Ea Khal commune; cut two horizontal lines on the concrete road inside the village.

Mr. T. (residing in village 2) said that when they learned that the above project was about to start construction, the villagers all agreed to let the construction unit carry out the construction with the hope that the project would soon be completed and put into use.

However, although the drainage system has been completed for a long time, the excavated and demolished areas in the village hall have not been restored to their original state. This not only damages the infrastructure but also affects the aesthetics. The excavated sections crossing the road have only been temporarily repaired, lower than the road surface, posing a risk of accidents, especially for students.

An area of ​​the hall of village 2, Ea Khal commune has not been restored to its previous state.

Many local people have petitioned superiors and reported in voter meetings, but so far the situation has not been resolved.

According to research, the above project is invested by the Ea H'leo Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project has a total investment of 10 billion VND , of which the construction package is nearly 7.8 billion VND . The construction unit is the joint venture of Phuong Hong Construction Company Limited - Hoai Thanh Ea H'leo Company Limited. The project started on July 15, 2024; the package implementation period is 240 days.

Regarding this issue, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh, Director of Hoai Thanh Ea H'leo LLC (representative of the construction unit) said that the investor and local authorities have requested the unit to restore the premises to their previous state for the hall. When the weather is sunny, the unit will carry out this work, and will complete it by November 15, 2025 at the latest.

To ensure that the new commitment is implemented on time, local authorities and investors need to closely monitor to avoid the above situation from continuing, affecting the lives and activities of the community.
