Improve the quality of teaching and management
With the support of diverse digital platforms, the Education sector of Song Ma district has stimulated the creativity of teachers and students, making an important contribution to the fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education .
Song Ma Town Secondary School is a typical example of the effectiveness of digital transformation. With 27 classes and 1,235 students in the 2024-2025 school year, the school has boldly invested in equipping TVs, projectors, smart interactive boards and installing Internet systems in classrooms.
At the same time, software for managing finance, human resources, educational records, quality control and documents are also put into use, helping to optimize management work.
In particular, the school regularly organizes training and coaching on the application of information technology in teaching for professional groups. Thanks to that, 100% of the school's teachers are now proficient and effectively use electronic lectures, making lessons more lively and attractive.
This not only helps students access, select and grasp information to the maximum, but also trains presentation and teamwork skills. Two-way interaction between teachers and students is enhanced, promoting the creative role of educational subjects, thereby improving the overall quality of education.

Overcoming challenges with digital solutions
Despite facing difficulties, especially the shortage of English teachers when implementing the 2018 General Education program, the Education sector of Song Ma district has proactively sought creative solutions.
In addition to mobilizing and rotating teachers, the District Education and Training Department has directed schools to implement direct teaching combined with online teaching. To ensure quality, the district has invested in a broadband Internet system with fast, strong, and stable transmission speed, supplemented facilities for classrooms, and created conditions for staff and teachers to participate in training to improve their skills in using and applying information technology.
Not only stopping at teaching and management, the Education sector of Song Ma district also creates conditions for students to promote creative thinking through science and technology competitions.
From the 2020-2021 school year up to now, the district has organized 5 Science and Technology Innovation Competitions with 108 participating projects, of which 55 projects won prizes. 43 excellent projects were selected to participate in provincial competitions and brought home 14 awards. This is truly a healthy and useful intellectual playground, helping students apply knowledge into practice, assert themselves and nurture dreams of scientific and technical innovation.
With a team of cadres and teachers with high learning and adaptability capacity, the Education sector of Song Ma district is making efforts to gradually improve and upgrade infrastructure and modern machinery and equipment to serve the widespread application of scientific and technological achievements, keeping up with the current digitalization trend.
This contributes to effectively implementing the goal of maximizing the qualities and abilities of learners according to the 2018 General Education Program, creating a future generation of citizens ready to integrate into the digital age.
