For 9 years holding the position of President of the Women's Union of Lai Dong commune, Tan Son district, Ms. Ha Thi Hoai, born in 1986, has always been highly responsible for the assigned tasks, dedicated, enthusiastic, exemplary, a typical and excellent example, with many positive contributions in carrying out the tasks of the Union. She is one of the 5 excellent Presidents of the Women's Union at the grassroots level of the province to be awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union in 2024.

Every year, she and her comrades in the Executive Committee of the Association closely follow the resolutions and emulation movements launched by the Association at all levels, develop programs and specify the annual activity plan; assign tasks to each member, increase the application of information technology in the Association's activities; actively direct 8/8 branches to organize and implement emulation movements associated with the implementation of Directive 05 on continuing to "Promote studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh ", study the topic "Studying and following the ideology, morality and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh to build and promote the cultural values ​​and people of the Ancestral Land to meet the requirements of development and integration in the current period"...

The results of the Association's implementation targets in the year were all achieved and exceeded, the assigned tasks were completed on time with high quality and efficiency".

With her contribution, in recent years, the Women's Union of Lai Dong commune has created many practical and effective models of activities that have spread in the community such as the model of women saving plastic pigs, saving groups, waste classification models at households, groups raising livestock with the same interests... contributing to changing people's awareness and behavior in daily life in a more positive, proactive and responsible direction. The Union continues to effectively implement the campaign "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean" associated with the National Target Program on new rural construction and the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas"; maintain and improve the quality of "Green, clean, beautiful, traffic safe roads", 8/8 residential areas regularly organize cleaning of village roads, alleys, take care of flower roads, ensure environmental sanitation before anniversaries, holidays and New Year's in the year.

Every year, the activities of the Association have achieved and exceeded the targets, received awards and commendations from all levels, and have been ranked as an excellent unit for many consecutive years. Ms. Ha Thi Hoai has always been a solid support for members and women, trusted and trusted by them, and a bridge to attract women to the Association. In addition to social work, Ms. Hoai also takes care of her family life, arranges work reasonably to complete tasks, and develop the family economy.
