Winning for me is winning over myself, winning to represent my homeland. I used to be self-conscious, ashamed and depressed because I was not beautiful at birth. I came to the contest to prove my ability and affirm that I am not afraid of anything.

People used to think that beauty pageants only selected beautiful and handsome people. But I came here to represent everyone. No matter what our circumstances are, no matter what our appearance is, it doesn't matter.
