The activities are part of the social responsibility program “Vietnam Industrial Park - Connecting to the Future”, implemented by the Group based on two main pillars: housing support, to improve living conditions for workers; and support for children and education , aiming to nurture future generations, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources. This initiative demonstrates the sustainable commitment of Vietnam Industrial Park in accompanying the community and actively contributing to the development of localities where the Group operates.

Specifically, in the fourth quarter of 2025, Vietnam Industrial Park Group will coordinate with Lao Dong Newspaper and the Golden Heart Fund to implement key support activities with a total value of 400 million VND in four provinces and cities: Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Bac Ninh and Hai Phong. The activities include building new and repairing houses for union members in difficult circumstances, responding to the "Union Shelter" program launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

At the same time, the program will award scholarships to children of union members in difficult circumstances who have achieved good academic results; at the same time, provide financial support and facilities to a number of vocational colleges, contributing to improving learning conditions and developing skills for students, especially in the Electronics and high-tech industries where Vietnam is focusing on training and developing high-quality human resources in the current period.
