On April 11, 1998, Son Hai Company Limited (the predecessor of today's Son Hai Group Company Limited) was established. From a young enterprise, total assets of less than 1 billion VND, production and business equipment only had 1 bulldozer made in the Soviet Union, 1 old-generation Korean Daiwoo tire excavator, the director's car to work and do business was a used U-oat car, staff and employees were only 5-7 people, the company's office was the private home of the enterprise's Director. Everything was lacking in every way and had to confront, fight, and compete unequally with previously established enterprises in the area.
