
The ABAII Unitour 2025 Conference event was organized by the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association (VBA) in collaboration with the ABAII Institute of Blockchain Technology and Artificial Intelligence at Dalat University with the theme "The era of digital assets - Trends and motivations for the future". The event attracted a large number of students, experts and technology businesses, aiming to spread digital knowledge, shape digital citizen thinking and promote connections between training, research and innovation in the fields of blockchain, artificial intelligence and crypto assets.

Sharing at the workshop, Dr. Nguyen Van Ngoc, Vice Principal of Dalat University, emphasized: Technology is reshaping all aspects of life, learning and production. Blockchain provides a transparent platform, AI expands creative capacity, and crypto assets become new resources that need to be properly managed and exploited. He believes that students must proactively equip themselves with digital capacity, legal knowledge and innovative thinking to adapt to the technology economy . “The ABAII Unitour 2025 series of activities of VBA and ABAII contributes to helping students access technology, form creative thinking and a spirit of integration,” said Dr. Nguyen Van Ngoc.
According to Dr. Nguyen Van Ngoc, with more than 7 decades of establishment, Dalat University is a multidisciplinary university , becoming a prestigious training institution in the region and nationwide.

In particular, since the beginning of 2025, Dalat University has been assigned by the Government, ministries and branches with many important responsibilities in training high-quality human resources. In particular, Dalat University is oriented to become one of the two leading training centers in the region in the fields of smart agriculture , biotechnology, medicinal herbs and health care, atomic and nuclear physics, training and fostering teaching staff for the locality and the Central Highlands region with a formal training scale of over 15,000 students... Therefore, the workshop is an opportunity for lecturers and students of Dalat University to share useful knowledge about Blockchain, AI, digital assets..., thereby applying it to teaching and learning, confidently integrating into the digital society.

Mr. Tran Viet Hung, Former Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office, Senior Advisor to the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association, said that Vietnam is entering a period of strong policy planning for the digital technology industry, with a series of documents such as the National Blockchain Strategy, the Law on Digital Technology Industry and Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP on piloting the crypto asset market. He emphasized that, along with institutions, the formation of core technology infrastructure such as the Vietnam Blockchain Multi-chain Service Network (VBSN) is of key importance in ensuring data sovereignty, promoting digital education and innovation.
“Technology is not only a production tool but also an asset for the young generation. When students understand, create and master technology, Vietnam will truly enter an era of development based on knowledge and data,” he said.

Within the framework of the program, Tether Technology Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Dalat University, with connection and professional advice from the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association (VBA). This cooperation aims to bring knowledge about blockchain, digital assets and fintech innovation into the academic environment, helping students directly access global technology models and improve application capacity in research, training and startups.
