Attending the conference were Ms. Le Hai Yen, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Mr. Lo Van Hau, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune; representatives from the Department of Culture and Social Affairs; and 170 trainees. Members of the Steering Committee for the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" Movement and Family Affairs; Civil servants in charge of village regulations and customs; Village heads, Party branch secretaries, heads of the Fatherland Front Committee, Youth Union secretaries, and Women's Association presidents of the villages in Van Lang commune.

At the training conference, Ms. Le Hai Yen, Deputy Director of the Department, presented regulations on the implementation of community customs and conventions, as well as related documents guiding their implementation. She also provided guidance to the community on effectively implementing these customs and conventions in accordance with the law and local customs and traditions. She emphasized linking these customs and conventions with the practice of civilized lifestyles in weddings and funerals, ensuring they truly serve as tools and means for social management and regulating relationships among people at the grassroots level. This will enable people to continue promoting national unity and adhere to the provisions of the constitution and laws.
