The training course took place over 2 days (September 23 and 24) with the participation of 12 cooperatives. In the program, the reporter from Sorimachi Vietnam Co., Ltd. introduced and guided the trainees in building a pilot cooperative model on digital transformation, through the synchronous application of three software: Hanbai Sales Management, FaceFarm Production Diary and WACA Cooperative Accounting. The software helps support cooperatives in improving the efficiency of production and financial management, while modernizing the stages of operation and product consumption.
Students are guided and practice directly during the training process.
Students practice directly on the software, from data entry, order management, production diary recording to financial reporting monitoring. In addition, the reporter and company representative also discuss and answer any problems that arise during the usage process, helping students grasp the knowledge and be able to apply it in practice at the cooperative.
Through the training course, cooperative staff are equipped with additional skills in data management, online sales implementation, internal information connection, and at the same time, raising awareness and encouraging members and farmers to boldly apply digital technology in rice production, management and consumption.
In the coming time, the cooperatives will continue to coordinate with Sorimachi Vietnam Co., Ltd. to expand the application of software, aiming to build a digital transformation cooperative model, contributing to the effective implementation of the Project of 1 million hectares of high-quality, low-emission rice./.
