Many people believe that turning off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will help save battery life on your phone significantly. In fact, this view is only true with old technology, but now it is different.
Bluetooth 4.0 and above consumes extremely little power, taking up only 5–8% of the battery per day. Even when left on all the time, Bluetooth on the iPhone hardly drains the battery significantly.
Wi-Fi has an optimized mechanism, helping to save more battery than 4G/5G in weak signal areas. New operating systems also limit applications from automatically scanning the network, reducing energy consumption. So turning off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth doesn't extend battery life nearly as much, but it does benefit security.
To save battery, users should reduce screen brightness, turn on power saving mode and limit background applications. Dear readers, please watch more videos : Top 10 'Scary' Technology Devices of the Future.
