The Beihai-Ha Long cruise route was a thriving business for 10 years, starting in 1998. However, it subsequently ceased operations for various reasons. The reopening of the Beihai-Ha Long cruise route demonstrates the utmost efforts of the authorities at all levels, departments, and relevant units of Quang Ninh province (Vietnam) and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China).
