A super-luxury flying taxi model for the rich and celebrities who want to avoid traffic jams could appear in the skies over British cities within the next two years.

According to the country's media, this futuristic flying vehicle is fully electric, capable of traveling a maximum distance of 160km at speeds up to 240km/h.
The flying taxi prototype, named Valo, is competing to become the first commercial aircraft designed and built in the UK in over 30 years.
According to a recent report, Bristol-based Vertical Aerospace expects to create over 2,000 high-skilled jobs and contribute approximately £3 billion annually to the economy by 2035.
The ultra-luxury compartment seats 4 passengers, and can be expanded to 6.
The latest Valo model boasts a premium passenger compartment for four, equipped with panoramic windows. Its flexible design allows owners to optionally expand it to six seats.

The luggage compartment has enough space for 6 carry-on bags and 6 checked suitcases. This type of vehicle is aimed at passengers who want to leave the airport or city center quickly and without hassle.
The Valo taxi model is developed based on the VX4 prototype, which had achieved considerable success in previous tests.
According to previous statements to the British media, company leaders said their flying taxis could shorten a one-hour car journey to just 11 minutes.
Full-size Valo prototype unveiled in London.
On December 11th, Vertical Aerospace showcased a full-size prototype of its Valo flying taxi at an event in London, attracting considerable public attention.
Stuart Simpson, CEO of Vertical Aerospace, said that Valo is a model that can make the dream of electric flight a reality and operate commercially. The flying taxi aims to be clean, quiet, fast, and designed for regular service.
"This is a new era of transportation, connecting people in minutes instead of hours," Simpson emphasized.
The company's leaders also expect Valo to be able to serve in emergency medical services, cargo transportation, and even defense missions in the future.
Despite high expectations, this flying taxi model still has to overcome several significant hurdles before it can be widely deployed.
Vertical Aerospace announced that they are close to completing the process of having test pilots operate the Valo for vertical takeoff and forward flight.
Currently, the company is still in the process of applying for aviation safety certification. A representative stated that the company expects to be able to introduce its flying taxi model to passengers by 2028.
