To organize the Departure Ceremony, assigning tasks to the Search and Collection Teams of the remains of Vietnamese Volunteer Soldiers and experts who died in Cambodia during the war, held on November 5, 2025 at the Martyrs' Cemetery Hill 82, Tan Bien Commune, Tay Ninh Province, the Provincial Military Command - Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee 515 presided over and coordinated with the Departments, branches, sectors; members of the Provincial Steering Committee 515 to disseminate and advise on the development of specific documents and implementation plans. At the same time, presided over and coordinated with the Policy Department ( Political Department of the Military Region) and units to conduct surveys, coordinate and unify the preparation of conditions for the Departure Ceremony, assigning tasks at the Martyrs' Cemetery Hill 82 - Tay Ninh.
According to the program, the delegates will organize a flower offering ceremony, burn incense in memory of the heroic martyrs; organize a departure ceremony, assign tasks to the K Teams and send the K Teams to the Kingdom of Cambodia to carry out their duties at the Xa Mat International Border Gate. According to the report, up to now, preparations for facilities, service forces; the thoughtful reception of Central delegates, delegates of the Specialized Committees of the Kingdom of Cambodia provinces attending the ceremony;... ensuring the ceremony takes place safely and solemnly. In addition, the procedures, documents, and equipment to ensure that Teams K71 and K73 carry out the task of searching for and collecting martyrs' remains in the first phase, phase XXIV (dry season 2025-2026) have been completed as planned.

Up to now, preparations for the ceremony have been basically completed.
At the survey session, representatives of the leaders of the departments and branches that are members of the Provincial Steering Committee 515 also reported on the preparations for the Ceremony according to assigned tasks; at the same time, they discussed and agreed on the coordination contents between the departments, branches and forces so that the Ceremony could take place solemnly and uniformly.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Phong - Deputy Chief of Politics, Provincial Military Command clarified a number of issues raised by the Inspection Team.
Speaking at the survey, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Tan Hoa praised the proactive spirit of the Standing Office of the 515 Steering Committee in coordinating with the Departments, branches and sectors in preparing the early steps to organize the Ceremony. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant agencies, units and each member of the Provincial 515 Steering Committee to continue to thoroughly grasp and prepare the logistics for the solemn Ceremony according to the plan of the Military Region Political Department and the Provincial 515 Steering Committee and must complete the general rehearsal of the Ceremony program on the morning of November 4, 2025, including backup plans, response to weather situations, health , security and order,... before, during and after the Ceremony.
