In a statement on June 22, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that during the night of June 21 and early morning of June 22, its military conducted a combined attack using long-range air and sea weapons, as well as drones, targeting several objectives in Ukraine.
These targets include energy infrastructure supporting Ukraine's defense industry, as well as ammunition and airborne weapons depots supplied to Kyiv by the West.
"The attack hit all targets," the Russian Ministry of Defense said.
The Ministry of Defense stated that the latest attack was carried out in response to "Ukraine's attempts to damage Russian energy facilities."
In recent months, the Ukrainian military has repeatedly carried out drone attacks on Russian oil processing facilities, including those located far from the border.
