At the meeting, the Department of Planning and Land Resources Development (Standing Council) reported the preliminary dossier on changing the purpose of use of 33.21 hectares of rice-growing land to implement the Investment project to build the new urban area of Liem Tiet in Liem Tiet commune, Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province with a scale of 42.30 hectares.
Accordingly, the project dossier has basically ensured the dossier components according to Circular 09/2021/TT-BTNMT sent to the Council for appraisal such as: Submission of the Provincial People's Committee; in accordance with land use planning and plans; land use indicators; Document approving investment policy according to regulations of law on investment; Resolution of the People's Council on land recovery lists...
At the meeting, the Council members highly appreciated the report of the Standing Council and unanimously approved the projects with amendments and supplements such as: Clarifying some land use indicators, unifying the name and area of the project...
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Vu Sy Kien, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Land Resources Development - Vice Chairman of the Council requested Ha Nam province to fully absorb the opinions of Council members and quickly supplement and complete the dossier to soon complete the dossier to submit to the Prime Minister .
Mr. Kien also requested that the province commit to and take responsibility for updating and planning at the provincial and district levels as well as approving investment policies and implementing legal regulations on cultivation. In addition, the project needs to supplement and complete the environmental impact assessment and supplement and complete the dossier in accordance with legal regulations.
