The emulation content focuses on mobilizing all resources to speed up the implementation of key projects and works; continue to speed up the implementation of national target programs to soon complete and promote post-investment efficiency; and make efforts to promote disbursement of public investment capital.

Launch and organize compositions in the fields of literature - art, music and art photography with themes praising the Party, Uncle Ho, and the homeland of Thang Binh, Quang Nam ; focus on implementing gratitude activities; complete the review of policy implementation for people with meritorious services; build and repair gratitude houses; renovate and upgrade martyr cemeteries, martyr memorial steles/steles, historical and revolutionary relics.

In addition, actively compete to carry out administrative reform work in the field and scope of management creatively and effectively, focusing on administrative procedure reform; strengthen discipline and order and promote administrative reform in state administrative management agencies in the spirit of improving the quality of advice of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to perform the task of "doing all the work, not all working hours".

Each agency, unit, and locality selects and builds at least one typical model and one practical project to celebrate the anniversary.
