Thanh Ha has not yet completed site clearance for the project to upgrade provincial road 390B.

The site clearance for the Provincial Road 390B Upgrade Project and the construction of the bypass section of Thanh Ha town center are expected to be completed before July 1.

By May 6, Thanh Ha district had cleared the land, reclaimed more than 11.6 hectares of land from 401 families and individuals to implement the Project to Upgrade Provincial Road 390B and build a section to avoid the center of Thanh Ha town. The total compensation and support amounted to more than 54.8 billion VND. The remaining area that has not been cleared is more than 11 hectares of 402 families and public land managed by the People's Committees of communes and towns, equivalent to a compensation amount of about 80 billion VND.

The project to upgrade provincial road 390B and build a bypass section of Thanh Ha town center, over 10 km long, is invested by the Thanh Ha District Investment and Construction Project Management Board with a total cost of 720 billion VND. Of which, Thanh Ha district invests 360 billion VND and the provincial budget of 360 billion VND is arranged in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025. The project passes through Lien Mac, Hong Lac, Thanh An, Cam Viet communes and Thanh Ha town, and is a key project of Thanh Ha district.

Previously, due to the large volume of site clearance, Thanh Ha District People's Committee built a plan to complete site clearance in the fourth quarter of 2025.
