Establishment of 7 Clubs of Presidents and Vice Presidents of grassroots trade unions in industrial parks in the West of Hai Phong

The establishment of clubs not only improves the capacity of grassroots union cadres but also builds an effective network to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

On the morning of September 18, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation announced the establishment of 7 Clubs of Presidents and Vice Presidents of grassroots trade unions in key industrial zones in the western region of Hai Phong city.

37 exemplary, dedicated and responsible union officials are members of the club's Board of Directors.

These are the Clubs of Presidents and Vice Presidents of the grassroots trade unions of Dai An, Dai An expanded, Lai Cach industrial parks; Nam Sach, Lai Vu industrial parks; Luong Dien, Cam Dien industrial parks; Phu Thai industrial parks; An Phat industrial parks and neighboring industrial parks; Tan Truong industrial parks; Phuc Dien industrial parks.

In order for the clubs to operate effectively and substantially, becoming a place to connect and reflect the reality from the grassroots, the leaders of the City Labor Federation require the clubs to develop annual activity programs associated with key tasks; ensure regular meetings, interim and final reviews and establish an official reporting mechanism as an input source of information to carry out policy consultation and criticism work.

Each club needs to allocate initial resources, organize in-depth training on dialogue skills, negotiation, signing collective labor agreements and strengthen coordination with the Industrial Park Trade Union to build an online data portal, automate the synthesis of reports on changes in employment, income, and workers' lives, helping the superior trade union proactively handle arising issues, contributing to maintaining security and order and stabilizing production and business.
