
Since mid-October, 25 community digital technology teams in Cho Quan Ward (Ho Chi Minh City) have launched a campaign to "go to every alley, knock on every door" to guide people in using public services. At the same time, they have popularized digital skills, guided people in installing and using applications for administrative procedures, e-health, digital learning and online public services. That is the effect and practical action from the event of the People's Committee of Cho Quan Ward and the Digital Transformation Service Center - GTel CDS Branch (under the Global Telecommunications Technology Corporation - GTel) signing a plan to coordinate the implementation of information technology applications and digital transformation into socio -economic life in the ward in the period of 2025-2030. This cooperation aims to promote the application of digital solutions to better serve people; at the same time, forming a data connection platform, supporting state management work at the local level.

Specifically, in this cooperation program, GTel and the Ward People's Committee have officially put into operation two devices "Smart AI Kiosk" and "Full-service Public Service Station". These technology products have been integrated with artificial intelligence (AI); helping people carry out administrative procedures more quickly, transparently and conveniently.
In addition, GTel will support Cho Quan ward in building the GIOC Smart Monitoring and Operation Center and the Cho Quan ward electronic information page. The Smart Monitoring and Operation Center will provide real-time online monitoring and operation interfaces (real-time dashboard) of indicators and charts in the fields of health, education , economy, culture, society, public administration, etc. These important indicators will be updated regularly and continuously; helping the monitoring and operation of ward leaders to be convenient, scientific and quick through screens and smartphones.

Therefore, the ward organizes events on digital transformation and signs cooperation agreements with GTel to promote the progress of implementing tasks and effectively implementing the City's Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030; spreading the spirit of innovation and creativity in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. In addition, strengthening coordination between the People's Committee of the ward and enterprises in digital transformation; Ensure connection and synchronization between programs and digital platforms implemented by the city locally.
