On the afternoon of October 28, the A Dot Border Guard Station mobilized officers and soldiers to coordinate with local authorities and other forces to overcome landslides and reopen the Ho Chi Minh Road section through A Luoi 4 commune, which was cut off by landslides. The unit also assisted in evacuating 3 households with 12 people in Cu Xo and A Ka villages at risk of landslides to a safe place.

According to statistics, from the evening of October 27 until now, Ho Chi Minh road through A Luoi 4 commune has continued to have 23 new landslides, in which the A5 slope area has been seriously eroded, traffic is completely paralyzed. In A Min - C9 village, there are 3 landslides, 3 households with 5 people have been evacuated; Ka Rong - A Ho village has 6 landslides, 16 households with 66 people have been evacuated; A Ka village has 2 landslides, 2 households with 5 people have been evacuated. In A Chi - Huong Son village alone, 34 households with 157 people are isolated due to deep flooding.

A Dot Border Guard Station mobilized forces to coordinate with local authorities to urgently evacuate 19 households with 68 people in Ka Lo village to a safe place; at the same time, arranged forces and vehicles ready to respond when situations arise.

Previously, on October 27, in A Luoi 1 commune, heavy rain caused serious landslides on the inter-village road of Par Ay, many aquaculture areas were washed away by floodwaters, and production land was buried. There were 26 households with 107 people in Ta Lo A Ho village that were isolated, but all the people were safe and had food security.

The Hong Van Border Guard Station coordinated with local authorities to propagate and mobilize the evacuation of 30 households with 86 people to a safe place; at the same time, organized visits and gave necessities to people at the evacuation point. In A Luoi 2, A Luoi 3 and A Luoi 5 communes, heavy rain continued to cause landslides and local flooding, many inter-village traffic routes were cut off. Border Guard Stations in the area coordinated with local authorities to organize the evacuation of people from dangerous areas, put up warning signs, erected barriers in landslide and deep-flooded areas, and helped people harvest agricultural products, minimizing damage caused by natural disasters.

The Hue City Border Guard Command has directed units to strictly maintain combat readiness, closely monitor the area, grasp the situation; closely coordinate with the government and functional forces to proactively respond, promptly support people to overcome the consequences of floods, and ensure absolute safety of people and property.
