This route is 2.1 km long, passing through 4 wards: Quang Trung, Hung Binh, Hung Phuc and Truong Thi. The route consists of 2 sections, the section from Quang Trung to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is 226 m long and the section from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai to Truong Thi is 1.9 km long. This route has a total length of nearly 1.4km, including 2 sections. The section from Le Loi to Le Hong Phong intersection is 289m long and the section from Le Hong Phong intersection to the Provincial Post Office intersection is nearly 1.1km long. A representative of the Vinh City Project Management Board said that Vinh City is currently mobilizing human resources and equipment to complete the construction of two roads on schedule. Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street is expected to be completed before April 30, 2024. Le Hong Phong Street, due to the larger workload, is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
