Ho Chi Minh City Open University recruits additional majors

Today (September 3), Ho Chi Minh City Open University announced the registration for additional admission to full-time university training programs in 2025. Ho Chi Minh City Open University accepts additional admission applications from today until September 10.
Accordingly, the school will consider additional admission for 6 regular majors and 6 majors under international joint programs. Some majors will consider additional admission quotas such as: 80 biotechnology quotas, 80 construction engineering technology quotas, 50 construction management quotas, etc.
All majors have admission threshold scores from level 15. Specific information for each major is as follows:
Candidates for admission are high school graduates or equivalent, meeting the above admission score threshold.
Specifically, the school will consider candidates based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam; the V-SAT computer-based university entrance exam; and the Ho Chi Minh City National University's aptitude test. The method of considering high school academic scores only applies to international joint programs with partners granting degrees.
Candidates should note the regulations on equivalent score conversion between admission methods. In addition, admission combinations without math will have a score difference of 1.5 points compared to combinations with math (not applicable to majors of international joint programs).
Previously, Ho Chi Minh City Open University announced the admission score based on the 2025 high school graduation exam scores for all majors ranging from 15 to 24. Psychology has the highest admission score of 24, many majors have admission scores from 15.
