On the morning of June 11th, in response to a VTC News reporter, the leader of Da Phuc ward (Duong Kinh district, Hai Phong ) stated that the body found on the sidewalk in Hai Phong, not yet in a sack, was that of a person born in 1994, originally from Kien An district (Hai Phong).
The victim was married and lived in Dong Phuong commune (Kien Thuy district, Hai Phong), and already had children.

Earlier, at around 3 PM on June 10th, residents discovered a sack, suspected to contain a human body, left on the sidewalk in Quang Luan residential area, Da Phuc ward.
Upon receiving the report, the ward police, in coordination with the professional departments of the Hai Phong City Police, the Duong Kinh District Police, and other relevant agencies, arrived to secure the scene, collect evidence, and request forensic examination.
Late that afternoon, authorities moved the victim's body from the scene to the hospital morgue for further verification and investigation to determine the cause of the incident.
