Like specialized school but afraid of being far from home and pressure

I'm afraid that specialized schools are far from home and stressful, but I also like the dynamism here, so I'm wondering whether I should take the exam or not.

Next year, I will be in 9th grade. The non-specialized high school is near my house, the tuition is cheap and stable. The specialized school is far away, with many talented people. I am afraid of living far from home, the specialized environment is stressful, but I also like the dynamism and many clubs of the specialized school.

I am quite confused, not knowing whether I should take the specialized exam or not. If I pass, I will probably study at the boarding school and stay in the dormitory, and I have never been away from home. I hope to get advice.
