Over two days, December 10-11, the Provincial Women's Union organized two training courses to enhance knowledge and skills in women's work for 2025 for more than 200 Women's Union officials at the commune and ward levels throughout the province.

Trainees are equipped with knowledge about the functions and tasks of organizing association activities; skills in supporting women to solve social issues related to women and children; women's economic development; association fund management and membership fees; and also exchange and discuss difficulties and obstacles encountered in carrying out tasks at the grassroots level.

Through training, we aim to enhance the capacity and skills of our association's staff, meeting the requirements of association work and the women's movement in the new situation.
