Developing and applying AI is an objective requirement, a strategic choice, and a top priority of each country.

According to him, ASEAN and GCC countries complement each other in cooperation in AI development. Therefore, it is necessary to connect and coordinate effectively in all aspects. The State plays a constructive role in building institutions, infrastructure, human resource training, and governance, while people and businesses are the center and subjects in developing, applying, and governing AI.
