Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh: The Autumn Fair is an opportunity to promote investment and advertise Vietnam's image.

On the evening of October 25, the opening ceremony of the first Autumn Fair in 2025 took place at the Vietnam National Exhibition Center, opening a series of events at the national super fair.

The 2025 Autumn Fair is the first national-scale fair of its kind, held on a massive scale, covering an area of ​​over 130,000 square ^meters . Here, residents and visitors will have the opportunity to experience trade, shopping, and explore the culture of 34 provinces and cities across the country.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh shared that this is a very important economic and cultural event, not only on a national scale but also reaching international levels, honoring outstanding products and brands that embody Vietnamese identity and intelligence.

This will contribute to stimulating domestic consumption, spreading the spirit of "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods," promoting trade, investment, international integration, and achieving economic growth rates of over 8% in 2025 and double digits in the following years.

The Prime Minister highly appreciated the 2025 Autumn Fair, which, despite being the first of its kind, achieved "six bests" despite the short preparation time, large workload, high demands, and vast area, requiring coordination and participation from many agencies and units: the largest scale, the most modern space, the most diverse products, the highest quality, the most attractive activities, and the best preferential policies.

Beyond just record-breaking numbers, the fair also provides a favorable opportunity for the harmonious and effective promotion of trade, investment, tourism, and the culture and image of Vietnam and its people.

At the same time, it is also a place where domestic and foreign resources are connected - investment cooperation is expanded - trade is promoted - consumption is facilitated; a place not only to experience shopping for high-quality Vietnamese goods but also to enjoy the rich, creative, and unique cuisine, culture, and art of Vietnam.

The fair also serves as an important bridge for Vietnamese businesses to strengthen international economic integration, exchange experiences, and receive technology transfer, especially in digital transformation, green economy, and circular economy…

With its strategic geographical location and the aspiration to elevate the country to new heights, through this fair, we will gradually realize the goal of building Vietnam into a leading exhibition center in Asia, a destination for international trade fairs; and to "develop the cultural industry and creative economy into a new pillar of growth," as General Secretary To Lam emphasized.

"The first Autumn Fair in 2025 will not only open up new spaces for connection between businesses and consumers, between Vietnam and the world, and between people and production and business; but more importantly, it will be a place for 'the source of creativity - shining intellect - exchange and learning - affirming capabilities - spreading pride' and the spirit of 'the State creating - businesses pioneering - public and private cooperation - a prosperous nation - a happy people'," Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh shared.

The first Autumn Fair - 2025 is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, under the direction of the Prime Minister, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People's Committee, Vingroup Corporation, and other ministries, sectors, and localities.

With the theme and message "Connecting people with production and business," the first Autumn Fair in 2025 was organized on the largest scale ever, comprising 5 themed zones, approximately 3,000 booths, a food and culture area featuring 34 localities, music festivals, cultural performances, and artistic experiences…

The fair will be open to the public and visitors from October 26th to November 4th at the Vietnam National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi).
