Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong is paying an official visit to Vietnam from August 27-29, 2023 at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh .

This visit by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong is his fifth visit to Vietnam as Prime Minister, demonstrating the closeness and connection between Singapore and Vietnam.

On the evening of August 27, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong visited Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Le Thai To Ward, Hoan Kiem District. There were many people in the capital walking around the pedestrian street. The Prime Minister stopped for quite a while at the historical and architectural sites around Hoan Kiem Lake.
