The satisfaction rate of Dong Ha city residents with public primary education services is quite high.

This afternoon, October 28, the Department of Education and Training (DoET) of Quang Tri province held a conference to announce the results of a survey measuring people's satisfaction with public primary education services in Dong Ha city in 2024.

From May 17 to 31, the Department of Education and Training conducted a survey to measure the satisfaction of primary school parents with public primary education services, in order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the quality of service provision of educational institutions.

The survey was conducted at 14 primary, primary and secondary schools in the city with 9,108 parents. The survey was conducted via Google form application focusing on 5 main criteria: Access to school education services; facilities, teaching equipment; educational environment; educational activities; development and progress of children.

The survey results, the satisfaction rate, very satisfied rate and the rate of meeting the expectations of parents for the criteria are quite high (over 90% of parents surveyed), objectively reflecting the efforts of the Quang Tri Education and Training sector in improving the quality of public primary education services; at the same time, demonstrating the very high needs and desires of the people for the Education and Training sector.

However, there are still some limitations in the quality of public primary education services of primary, primary and secondary schools in Dong Ha city such as: Access to computers in some schools is still limited; lighting in classrooms, fans, air conditioners are not good; playgrounds and training grounds do not meet the needs of teaching, learning and education.

In particular, the toilet system for students is not clean and lacks some equipment. The survey results are the basis for the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Education and Training of Dong Ha City and primary, primary and secondary schools in the city to determine the needs and aspirations of parents and students to have measures to improve and enhance service quality, meet the needs and satisfaction of people with the quality of primary education in the area.

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Education and Training requested that primary, secondary and secondary schools in the city actively advise and propose to improve facilities and teaching equipment. Continue to innovate teaching methods and evaluate students' learning outcomes to ensure fairness, transparency and create positive motivation for students.
