
Student affairs are identified as one of the key tasks, contributing significantly to improving the quality of human resource training at vocational training institutions today. Therefore, in recent years, the Central Highlands - Central Economic and Technical College and Cooperative Cadre Training has constantly innovated the content and form of student management organization.
However, during the learning process, there are still a number of students who drop out of school before completing the program, affecting the quality of the school's output. Statistics in the last 3 school years show that this rate has always been above 20%.
The seminar aimed to study factors related to student management; propose solutions to reduce the rate of students not completing the training program to below 10%, as well as increase the rate of students graduating in the new period.

The presentations at the seminar clarified the causes and proposed many solutions to improve the situation of students not completing their training programs.
In particular, focus on managing teachers' teaching activities to ensure proper implementation of professional regulations, teaching plans and subject objectives. Strengthen management of students' learning activities, educate self-awareness, practice skills and professional attitudes to prepare for the future.
At the same time, schools need to innovate teaching methods to optimize students' positivity and initiative; manage student testing and assessment activities, meeting the requirements of innovation in education and vocational training...
