New news about the group of 'bodyguards' blocking the road and regulating the wedding convoy in Thanh Hoa

On December 15, the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police decided to indefinitely revoke the certificate of eligibility for security and order of Security 24 Company Limited (No. 238 Nguyen Duy Hieu, Dong Huong Ward, Thanh Hoa City) with Mr. Trinh Dinh Khoa (born in 1973) as director.

Previously, a clip was circulated on social networks recording a scene on Le Loi Avenue (Thanh Hoa City) where a group of people (in bodyguard-style costumes) appeared in the middle of the road to regulate traffic so that a wedding procession could pass, causing congestion and negative reactions from the public.

Thanh Hoa Provincial Police then investigated and verified, summoning related people to the headquarters for work. With the collected documents and evidence, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Investigation Agency initiated a criminal case, prosecuted the accused and temporarily detained 5 Le Kien Quyet, Hoang Kim Chung, Nguyen Dinh Duong, Lam Van Thuy and Le Ha Dong, employees of Security 24 Company Limited, for disturbing public order.

Continuing to expand the investigation of the case, the Investigation Police Agency determined that Mr. Trinh Dinh Khoa, the company director, and Mr. Le Trong Toan, the deputy director of Security 24 LLC, did not have a security professional certificate.

At the same time, in the process of assigning a group of people to participate in protecting the wedding, Security 24 Company Limited was irresponsible in supervision and management, leading to the subjects committing illegal acts to the extent of being criminally prosecuted.

Among the above security guards is Hoang Van Chung, who was sentenced to 15 months in prison by Thanh Hoa City People's Court for theft in 2023. His criminal record has not been cleared, but Security 24 Company Limited still signed a contract to recruit him as a security service employee.
