Organizing "Tree Planting Festival to forever remember Uncle Ho" in 2025

The People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province has just issued a plan to organize "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho" in 2025, to practically celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), responding to the movement "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho"

The plan aims to promote the tree planting movement, increase urban green areas, create landscapes and protect the environment, contributing to mitigating and adapting to climate change.

Thereby, strengthening propaganda and education on the role and effects of tree planting and afforestation, while encouraging all levels, sectors and people to actively participate. The organization and launch of the "Tree Planting Festival" must be practical and effective, avoiding ostentation.

According to the plan, the provincial level will organize at Minh Hung SIKICO Industrial Park on May 19, 2025, with about 135 black star and pink trumpet trees, sponsored by Minh Hung SIKICO Industrial Joint Stock Company. Districts, towns and cities will decide on the location and time of the organization in May 2025, select suitable tree species and decide on the number of trees planted, using funds from the local tree planting plan for 2025.
